Rebekah was the wife of Isaac and the mother of twin boys Esau and Jacob. She was also a distant ancestor of Christ. Rebekah helped Jacob receive his father's blessing instead of his elder twin, Esau.

Rachel was a shepherdess in the Old Testament who became the wife of Jacob and the great love of his life. She gave birth to Joseph, who became his favourite son.
